ORCHESTRAL COMMISSIONS

2.002- Caroní, commisioned by EDELCA. Inspired in the Caroní river and the Guayana Region of his native country, Venezuela. Premiered November 12, 2004 by the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra, Caracas, Venezuela. Conductor: Alfredo Rugeles.
2.001- Misa Magdalena, mass composed for Chamber Orchestra, Chorus and Congregation. Commisioned by the Diocesis of Salt Lake City, Utah. Premiered April, 2001.
2.000- Requiem, in memoriam Gustavo Brillembourg. Commisioned by Mrs. Clara Brillembourg. Premiered November 2th, 2000  by The Cathedral of the Madeleine Choir in Salt Lake City - Utah. Director:Gregory Glenn.
1.999- Mountain Echoes, Commisioned by the 1.999 Utah Arts Festival and premiered by the Utah Symphony Orchestra. Conductor: Keith Lockhart.
1.997- Symphony No. 1, Commisioned by Mr. Sergio Ceppi, Caracas - Venezuela. Premiered by the National Philarmonic Orchestra in Caracas, Venezuela. Conductor: Pablo Castellanos.
1.994- Sacred Dance, commisioned and premiered by the New York Youth Symphony in Carnegie Hall, New York, U.S.A. Conductor: Miguel Harth-Bedoya.
1.993- The Promise Fulfilled, Commissioned by Mr. Lester Mason and premiered in Bloomington, Indiana by Maestro David Pickett.
1.992- Discovery 500, Commisioned and premiered by Columbus Pro Musica Symphony Orchestra. Columbus, Indiana. Conductor: David Bowden.
